ELTON TOKEN

The Token will have 30% of its Token locked on the Blockchain. 10% of three other LGBT+ tokenised businesses will be placed in the Treasury and a proportion of their profits will be fed into Elton Crypto via the Treasury. ‘The Guardians’ may choose to recommend the acquisition of other LGBT+ businesses to increase the underlying value of Elton Token subject to vote. 50% of all profit coming into Elton Token will go into the Treasury and be locked.

50% of the funds raised in ICO’s and profits from trades and other tokenised businesses will go into a locked vault in the Treasury on the Blockchain bringing increased value to the token. 30% of the Token will be permanently locked in the Treasury and will never trade, stabilised the Token value.

A group of 20 people will make up the “The Guardians’, they will act as the ‘gatekeepers’ and they are there to make recommendations on proposals brought to Elton Token. All major decisions approved by ‘The Guardians’ are voted on by the Token holders – withdrawals, investment purchases and must be approved by a majority before they can be implemented. Guardian positions can be applied for via the website and will be available when vacancies occur. ‘The Guardians’ themselves have no voting rights and can only ever be 20 people in total.

We plan to make Elton Token usable on our other LGBT+ websites and encourage the adoption of it on related businesses. Elton Token will have its own wallets and is created on the Polygon Blockchain and tradable on exchanges.

Our first ICO (Initial Coin Offering) is now live for presales. Our first ICO is for Blockchain development and is a private offering. Elton Token is offered at the price of $0.02 per token. We are initially offering 15,000,000 Tokens in this first offering and this represents 5% of available Token. Certificates of ownership will be issued and Token will be transferred to wallets when it’s live on the Blockchain. Our second ICO offering will be priced at $0.03 and will be live after we conclude our first ICO and funds used for further development, community and marketing.
